Key Responsibilities :
- Complex Problem Solving : Perform advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and maintenance of IT applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Innovative Design : Lead the planning, design, and development of application solutions, tailored to meet end-user needs and improve workflows across the healthcare system.
- Proactive Solutions : Identify and anticipate issues before they arise and offer strategic, forward-thinking solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage directly with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical, effective IT solutions that support patient care.
- Vendor & Project Management : Serve as a liaison between vendors, consultants, and project managers to ensure projects are executed to meet quality standards, timelines, and organizational objectives.
- Continuous Improvement : Provide ongoing support during system upgrades, patch management, and daily operations while ensuring minimal disruption to users and patient care.
- Documentation & Training : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines while providing training to end users for optimal application use.
- Data Integrity & Security : Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and security by performing regular audits and proactive system maintenance.
