What You Bring to the team?
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with application upgrades, configuration and unit testing.
The ability to troubleshoot application issues using various knowledge bases and support documentation.
What You Will Do?
Monitor and work our internal ticketing system.
Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance integrations.
Work with various departments to identify reporting needs and build reports to meet those needs.
Support various applications within the Revenue Cycle application suite.
