About NeauSites

NeauSites is a real estate information system built to streamline decision-making in commercial real estate. We focus on spatial data because, in real estate, every data point ties back to a place—whether it’s a country, a state, a county, a city, a parcel, a building, a floor, a suite, or even a desk. Our platform integrates zoning data, tax assessments, demographics, key infrastructure and other critical datasets to help clients uncover opportunities that might otherwise be overlooked.

We’re looking for a GIS Analyst to help us expand and refine our geospatial data capabilities. This role is central to our mission of turning raw spatial data into actionable insights that empower brokers and businesses.

Role Overview

As a GIS Analyst at NeauSites, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data. Your contributions will directly influence our platform’s ability to deliver precise, location-driven insights for clients seeking the perfect site or space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain spatial databases, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Analyze zoning, parcel, and demographic datasets to surface trends and market opportunities.
  • Develop custom workflows and geospatial tools using platforms like QGIS, PostGIS, and Python.
  • Create intuitive visualizations and reports to support both internal development and client-facing insights.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate geospatial data into our platform’s core functionality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS, and spatial databases like PostGIS.
  • Experience working with large geospatial datasets, including zoning and parcel data.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) with a focus on geospatial applications.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate data or zoning codes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Why Join NeauSites?

  • Work on meaningful projects that transform how real estate professionals approach site selection.
  • Collaborate with a team that values precision, efficiency, and creative problem-solving.
  • Help shape the future of real estate market intelligence in a growing company.
