Whether you are a seasoned professional or new to the field, we welcome your application!Job Description:Key Responsibilities: Register patients by validating guarantor, demographic, and insurance information.Communicate with patients and/or their families to provide necessary pre-procedure instructions and confirm appointments.Participate in various projects and meetings as assigned by management.Handle a high volume of outgoing and incoming calls, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including effective listening, clear communication, and problem resolution.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
