Mainline Information Systems, a leading IT solutions provider, is adding to their Sales Support Team. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Representative (SSR) will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team's efforts to attain revenue and gross profit in a manner compiled with Mainline's Operational and Financial policies. Key areas include proposal coordination and support, as well as adapting to dynamic process improvement efforts around major solution providers.

Education and/or Experience
BA/BS Business, Finance or other equivalent work experience within IT industry preferred. A high school diploma is required with a minimum of three to five years of related experience.
Minimum 3 years of sales and/or sales support/operations experience preferred

- Capability to multi-task, respond to change, and adapt accordingly with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

- Demonstrates analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to dynamic changes with various partner and internal processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Account Executives in presales activities which include all aspects of pricing for Hardware, Software, Services and Maintenance.
- Expert in Proposal creation and generation.
- Able to adapt to changing contract requirements.
- Ensure Salesforce records are accurate, up to date, and complete.
- Confirm partner records are up to date with current relevant information.
- Stay informed with various vendor/supplier/manufacturer registration and pricing programs to ensure best discounts are factored into sales opportunities to ensure highest profitability.
- Assist Sales and Sales Management with forecasting, accurate reporting/data, and account maintenance.
- Partner with system engineers, diverse teams, distributors, and stakeholders in all aspects of sales projects from assessment and scope to roll-out; consistently improve supplier/partner relationships.
- Process customer orders in relevant internal systems in preparation for final quality assurance reviews and customer invoicing.
- Foster, promote, and contribute to a positive team environment throughout the company.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when assigned additional responsibilities or projects.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and Salesforce.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates located within the continental United States will be considered.
