Mainline Services offers video plumbing inspections to the Denver and Colorado Springs Metro and surrounding areas. Our partners range from Coors Brewing Company, Lockheed Martin, Water World, Fort Carson, Tesla, and Colorado School of Mines to local Home Inspectors and Real Estate Brokers as their first choice in accurate plumbing inspections.

Our technicians perform inspections of residential and commercial sewer lines using state-of-the-art technical equipment (camera and computer provided) and provide a written report for each client upon completion.
Technicians must have excellent communication skills (i.e., writing, reading, and verbal), problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a consistent, professional work ethic. All inspectors are required to be able to follow specific instructions.
Inspectors must be able to work 5 days a week. Each inspector will choose one weekday off between Tuesday and Friday and all Sundays off. Due to the physical demands of the job, inspectors must be able to safely lift 60 lbs and climb a ladder with the equipment. The inspector must be able to move through crawl spaces, climb ladders, and work on roofs. Each inspector must maintain their own liability insurance and vehicle as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time to scheduled appointments
- Identify potential issues and defects of sewer lines
- Report findings in a clear and concise way on-site
- Recommend next steps for repairs and maintenance as needed
- Document findings and recommendations in a written report with video
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid CO driver’s license and auto insurance
- Access to a reliable vehicle (coupe style cars may be too small to fit the necessary equipment)
- Able to obtain liability insurance after training
- Communication skills (writing, reading, and verbal)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Access to high-speed internet for uploading reports
- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and temperatures
- Able to maneuver in crawl spaces, small areas, and rooftops
- Able to safely lift 60 pounds of equipment
- Availability to work 5 days a week Monday through Saturday
- Authorized to work in the United States

- The average pay of our new inspectors is $50,000 to $60,000 per year with the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day off.
