What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director (Services) position at Mains'l Services?
Rated a top Minnesota workplace consistently by our employees, Mains’l represents a vision and a community, much more than a job. Mains’l is in the business of Hopes and Dreams. We support people with disabilities in taking the helm of their life and steering it in the direction they choose.
Mains’l is seeking a Regional Director. Our senior leaders are bold, creative, lifelong learners. We are coaches and dreamers, committed to designing supports in partnership with stakeholders. This is a unique chance to join a creative leadership team and work collaboratively to build the future, one person at a time.
Mains’l has a demonstrated commitment to sustaining services as well as innovating and prototyping for the future. We are seeking leaders who have prior experience managing services licensed by 245D, experience with supervision of Managers/Designated Coordinators, and who are passionate about building positive supports, healing environments, and a person-centered culture for all.
As a Regional Director, you will lead (coach, role model, train, supervise, and mentor) a team of Managers in using Mains’l core values, mission and vision every day. You will be accountable for the relationships, service design and implementation, financial sustainability, and the quality of support provided in your region. You and your team will use a variety of relationships, tools/reports, and resources to grow and maintain the success of your region and the people you work together to support.
This is a full time exempt, salaried position. It requires steady leadership and communication, humility, and a hunger to innovate. We are seeking people who are passionate about growing leadership, both in themselves and in others. You will join a supportive, seasoned, and collaborative team of Regional Directors. You’ll contribute to Mains’l Services’ future planning, visioning and growth as we work together toward a world where all people live with meaning and purpose.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience in direct support services (to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older), including experience training and supervising Designated Coordinators. We are committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
