The Day-to-Day:
- Oversee the daily administration of the LMS, including user account management, course creation, and content uploads.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the LMS platform to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support to users, including employees, trainers, and managers, regarding LMS navigation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective course deployment and content management.
- Monitor and track the completion of training courses, certifications, and other learning activities.
- Generate and analyze reports related to course completion rates, learner progress, and other training metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring content is accessible and meets learning objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements related to training and learning.
- Stay up to date with LMS software updates and best practices to improve the learning experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS platform and collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems.

What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proven experience in LMS administration, learning technologies, or a related role.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Relias, Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Strong technical skills with experience in system configuration, integration, and user support.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with LMS configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Certification in LMS management or related fields.
- Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and XAPI is a plus.
