As a senior technical PM leading the platform team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate to product market fit, while owning our shareholder management suite, internal tools, integrations and analytics dashboards. This role is ideal for a technically proficient PM and hands-on executor who thrives on solving complex problems at the intersection of fintech, data, and automation in a fast-paced environment.
This is a complex and challenging role that will require you to deeply understand user needs, become a domain expert on SMB transactions, finance and operations, and collaborate with internal teams and early customers to build and launch a seamless experience at scale.

Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the pain points and challenges for a wide range of personas including aspiring SMB operators, investors, and internal users
- Collaboratively partner with early customers, sales, growth marketing, product marketing, engineering, ops and leadership to define and ship outcome-driven solutions
- Effectively prioritize and deliver features and initiatives by leveraging our iterative build process—moving from spreadsheet-based workflows to Airtable prototypes to Retool-powered internal tools, and ultimately evolving into a fully scalable first-party product
- Build SQL queries, platform analytics dashboards, Retool dashboards and low-code solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on complex UX and technical requirements
- Setup and manage analytical dashboards to monitor key product metrics with support from data engineering
- Develop and own key technical initiatives, including integrations with financial, legal, and operational data sources.
- 5 years of product management experience and 3 years of experience in product management roles at Series A to Series C startups
- You are driven by our mission to back the next generation of American owner-operators and are more hardcore than most folks you’ve worked with
- Comfortable building products that are a mix of people, process, and software
- Enjoys being a generalist that enjoys solving hard problems and does whatever it takes to achieve our goals
- Technical or data analytics background
- Demonstrated ability with SQL and building analytical dashboards to monitor key platform metrics
- Experience with tech enabled services and/or prototyping with Airtable, Retool or other low-code products
- Past exposure to SMB ownership
- Past experience in fintech or investing
- Familiarity with SMB ecosystem, search funds, independent sponsors, etc
- Experience building two-sided marketplace products
