Responsibilities
Mainspring is looking for a candidate to join the Enterprise Data Systems (EDS) team to lead the implementation of the cloud-based Enovia PLM system. The ideal candidate has worked for 4 years with Enovia and the 3DExperience platform and is looking to play an active role in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our PLM system. In this role, you will work closely with other EDS developers and systems to build secure integrations with other enterprise-scale data systems.

The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant prior experience and/or education, or particular skills and expertise. New hires joining the company tend to be paid within the starting base pay range noted above, with opportunities to increase pay over time based on development of additional skills, competencies, and company-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities
Mainspring is looking for a candidate to join the Enterprise Data Systems (EDS) team to lead the implementation of the cloud-based Enovia PLM system. The ideal candidate has worked for 4 years with Enovia and the 3DExperience platform and is looking to play an active role in the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our PLM system. In this role, you will work closely with other EDS developers and systems to build secure integrations with other enterprise-scale data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Enovia configuration changes.
- Act as a primary point of contact with Enovia technical support and other VARs/integrators as needed
- Implement and configure Enovia modules according to business needs, including but not limited to Product Data Management (PDM), Change Management, and Engineering BOM Management.
- Customize Enovia workflows, user interfaces, and reports to improve system usability and efficiency.
- Manage Enovia user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
- Perform regular system maintenance activities, including data cleanup, system upgrades, and report/dashboard updates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Enovia users, addressing their inquiries and resolving any system-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Enovia with other enterprise systems, such as NetSuite and custom databases built on QuickBase.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct user training sessions to educate employees on Enovia functionality and promote system adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with Enovia, including system configuration and platform administration.
- Experience utilizing 3DX cloud web services to write integration code, preferably in Python or Java.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and EDS peers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
- Enovia/3DExperience training certifications will be considered a plus.
