Position: Targeted Case Manager (School-Based)
Location: Covington, KY
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | 1099 Contractor or W2
Mainspring Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) to support students in local schools. If you're passionate about connecting young people to the resources they need, and you like the idea of doing meaningful work in a supportive, down-to-earth team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing case management services for students and their families
- Coordinating care and connecting families to community resources
- Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and caregivers
- Developing service plans that make sense — and helping families follow through
- Documenting services in a clear, timely, and useful way
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required (in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field)
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in schools or with youth
- A strong communicator who’s organized, flexible, and collaborative
- Someone who believes in showing up, building trust, and making things happen
