Position: Targeted Case Manager (School-Based)
Location: Covington, KY
Job Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor or W2
Mainspring Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) to support students in local schools. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing case management services for students and their families
- Coordinating care and connecting families to community resources
- Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and caregivers
- Developing service plans that make sense — and helping families follow through
- Documenting services in a clear, timely, and useful way
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required (in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field)
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in schools or with youth
- A strong communicator who’s organized, flexible, and collaborative
- Someone who believes in showing up, building trust, and making things happen
