Job Summary:
Join our dynamic sales team and take control of your earning potential as a Sales Executive/Representative. We're looking for motivated individuals who can drive business growth through direct sales of our payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your success is driven by your monthly metrics, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. As a sales professional, you'll focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals within a defined territory.
What's to be Expected: Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through in-person visits and virtual meetings
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Generate leads through established partnership networks
- Meet monthly sales production requirements
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
- Participate in weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in prospecting and field sales
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Must reside in job posting location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation Structure:
This is a 1099 commission-based position featuring:
