Our mission is to help our clients build their businesses for the future with use of proper technology that is implemented seamlessly, efficiently managed, and expertly supported.
We are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our team. This position will provide remote and on-site technical support to MainStay clients. Employees in this role will offer excellent customer service while troubleshooting and solving general issues quickly and effectively.
A minimum of 2 years work experience in Information Technology is required.
Employees within this role are expected to:
- Analyze Network and Technical Issues to Offer Optimal Solutions Based on Client Needs
- Quickly and Effectively Troubleshoot and Problem Solve
- Collaborate with Team Members to Organize, Plan, and Execute Intricate Tasks for Projects
- Maintain a Broad Knowledge of State-of-the Art Technology, Equipment, and Systems
- Inform and Instruct on End-User Best Practices
- Guide, Apply, and Train End-Users and Staff on MainStay Best Diagnostic, Corrective, and Recovery Techniques
- Provide Accurate Documentation
- Communicate Effectively Internally with Staff and Externally With Clients
Requirements
- 2 Years of Technical Support Experience
- Strong Network, Server, and Troubleshooting Skills
- Background in Active Directory and Group Policy Architecture
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication; Ability to Effectively Communicate with Customers and Employees
- Exceptional Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and within a Team
- Passion for Technology
- Proactive, Positive Attitude

Pay: $39,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
