Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure accurate posting of charges and payments to guest accounts.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails or phone calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous management is preferred.
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff; skills are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
