Lead an Established Program Supporting Adults Living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Do you have proven experience supervising direct care workers, managing program scheduling, case management? If so, we’re looking for a Regional Collaborative Living Supports Program Manager to oversee our established residential group home program, which spans across six houses located in Norwood, Newton and Malden.
This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of direct care professionals, manage program schedules, and ensure that residents receive the compassionate, person-centered support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations with a rotating on-site schedule across six group homes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and that residents' needs are met with respect and dignity.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage program schedules for staff and residents, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation across all six homes.
- Conduct on-site case management visits as required by Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) regulations, including obtaining social histories and conducting case management evaluations for each client.
- Track and maintain care-management progress notes for each client visit to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide timely responses to urgent client needs, ensuring critical issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update individualized client care plans.
- Supervise the program team, providing ongoing training, guidance, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Participate in hiring new direct care staff to ensure the team is composed of compassionate and qualified individuals.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with all program guidelines, regulations, and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience overseeing direct care workers.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing program scheduling for staff and program operations.
- Ability to travel weekly between Newton, Malden, and Norwood (reliable transportation required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
