Position Summary
We are looking for someone who can tackle HR administrative and clerical duties. Flexibility, adaptability and a "CAN-DO" attitude are critical. Sometimes the work is timecard processing, spreadsheets and reconciliation. Other times the work is ordering lunches, scanning and filing invoices, composing and publishing the company newsletter or answering phones as the primary backup to our receptionist. Still at other times, you will be called upon to plan company socials where you will be charged with ensuring that the events go off without a hitch.

Primary Duties
- This individual will utilize computer skills, Excel skills and math skills in the reconciliation of timecards and various invoices. Additionally, they will enter data into our payroll and benefits systems, compose and publish the company newsletter, and perform other duties essential to keeping our small business running, such as updating training materials, entering new hire information, and assisting with HR audits.
- This person will help coordinate social functions (company parties, lunch and learns) answer phones as the primary backup to our receptionist, and act as a backup to other departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, IT) as necessary. Working closely with representatives across the firm, they will provide administrative support as needed.
- High School diploma required, AA or AS preferred
- Experience with MS Office Suite (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK). Excel and POWERPOINT are critical.
- Positive attitude, can do spirit and willingness to learn are essential to success
- Superior ability to follow up with all levels of employees - from the CEO on down
- Ability to work an 8AM to 5PM schedule, Monday through Friday, regularly
