About the Role :
The role of Residential Sale Representative is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy.Make outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups, surveys, promotions, or sales initiatives.Provide information about products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using our CRM system.Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall team success.Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Key Qualifications :
HSD, or equivalent education, is a plus.Previous experience in a sales or call center role preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues.Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Post-Application Details :
