In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch customer service and efficiently dispatching service calls to our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of organization, and ensure smooth operations in both customer service and dispatch functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide information on our services.
Schedule and dispatch service calls to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical technicians based on availability, location, and priority of the job.
Manage incoming service requests, ensuring timely and accurate response to customers.
Track job progress and communicate any changes or delays to customers and technicians.
Coordinate schedules to ensure efficient routing and timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and job completion in the company’s software system.
Monitor technician availability and job completion to effectively assign the next job.
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating when necessary.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, billing, and data entry as needed.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
