NOW HIRING :We'd like for you to have :
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 2 years as a Bar Manager in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
- Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
- The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
- Strong broiler skills are required.
- An excellent attention to detail.
