Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable:
- Enter and generate invoices for Maintainer Corp of Iowa
- Cash receipts and deposit slips are accurately recorded and processed
- Deposits are scanned into electronic file software
- Accounts Payable:
- Enter daily invoices into the system
- Invoices are scanned and stored electronically
- Maintain recurring payments and process manual checks
- Generate weekly Accounts Payable checks
- Customer Service:
- Answer and transfer calls using a multi-line phone console with paging system
- Provide receptionist services to clients, visitors, vendors, and job applicants
- Administrative Tasks:
- Pickup, sort, and distribute mail daily
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills. A two-year associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, along with one to three years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Abilities
