JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on
Painting under general supervision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge and previous experience in all phases of painting, including paint surface preparation, product application, airless spray gun and pressure cleaning abilities desired.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution
- Two years’ experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance
- OR
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
- Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver Plan. Driver’s license must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of post- offer employment test (POET)
