Key Responsibilities
Crew & Project Management:
- Create and distribute daily crew schedules
- Review timecards and GPS logs to ensure accuracy
- Maintain job files and update contractors on project schedules
- Monitor active contracts and future backlog
- Anticipate and address job site challenges (weather, specs, materials)
Quality & Efficiency Oversight:
- Track job profitability and labor efficiency
- Visit jobsites regularly to support crews and monitor quality
- Review budgets and share monthly reports with leadership
- Coordinate with shop for truck readiness and materials
- Ensure crews follow correct installation procedures
Material Forecasting & Purchasing:
- Forecast material needs for the season
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Track open orders and communicate with vendors
- Maintain updated costs in estimating software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
