Maintenance Unlimited, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. They key account manger's responsibilites include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided. Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality services provided, manage employees, maintain excellent communication and complete all tasks designed by management.
Requirements:

Main Responsibilites:
- Develop and execute strategies for clients to guarantee our services, manage people and manage time.
- Personally, pursue and maintain employees in different locations.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding current clients prospect.
- Needs and generate product development ideas
- Identify, engage and assist in the development of vendor programs for new product lines.
- Build professional and trusting relationships with key customers, leverage existing relationships.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Addressing and resoliving clients' complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each client.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirement s and preparing solutions.
