The ideal candidate is experienced in both front-end and back-end development, has a solid understanding of SFCC frameworks, and excels at managing teams and building high-quality e-commerce sites from scratch.

Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including Site Genesis, SFRA, and Composable frameworks.
- Ability to navigate Business Manager, configure, and review settings in SFCC.
- Experience building websites, re-platforming projects, and managing development teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership.
- Hands-on IT and e-commerce background.
- Scrum Master experience (a plus but not required)
- Build and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud websites, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Manage re-platforming efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Configure and optimize SFCC Business Manager settings.
- Lead development teams, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration.
- Anticipate project needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions proactively.
