Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire top ABA professionals, including Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBAs, and other clinical support staff. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract ABA professionals.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and administrative roles.
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build talent pipelines.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Maintain accurate hiring metrics and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting (ABA/healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring goals in a fast-paced setting.
