Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing professional client support.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Track and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and tags.
- Monitor office expenses and allocate costs to appropriate projects.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Record and post financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile transactions and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Generate invoices and receipts for clients and vendors.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments.
- Identify and report financial discrepancies or irregularities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reconciliation.
