Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct SEO research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and public relations.
- Assist in photography and graphic design projects as needed to support content creation efforts.
- Answer Calls and schedule appointments generated by outreach and advertising.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube and Linkedin
- Strong understanding of SEO principles to enhance content visibility.
- Experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies is a plus.
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to write engaging copy.
- Basic photography skills to capture high-quality images for social media use.
