HOUSEKEEPER
Full-time or Part-time - Flexible Schedule
Essential Job Functions:
- Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas according to community procedures.
- Keep housekeeping carts and supply rooms clean and orderly.
- Understand the proper use of community equipment/chemicals.
- Submit maintenance work orders of general maintenance concerns and/or problems to Maintenance Director or Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
