JOB SUMMARYServes as the leader of the healthcare team. Responsible for assessing, planning, controlling, implementing, and evaluating the 24 hour function of all activities related to patient care in the inpatient area. They are aware of MHP policies and procedures to assist staff in providing evidence based practices. Responsible for personnel management of a designated shift and inpatient unit. Collaborates with the Clinical Practice Coordinator and Staff Development Educators to ensure ongoing training for staff and patient education.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - MISSION STATEMENT
