Major, Lindsey & Africa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CMS (Contract Management System) Implementation Specialist to join our client’s team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in quarterbacking the implementation of a CMS.
Overview: Interim CMS Specialist
Company: Leading renewable energy company based in Dallas, TX.
Experience: 10 years experience
Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CMS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Assess the initial upload of data, determining the population from a voluminous data set comprising 3 or 4 main data sets involving tens of thousands of documents.
- Handle various types of documents, including leases, memoranda, options to purchase, and mortgages.
- Migrate documents from SharePoint to the new CMS.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the CMS touches every aspect of the business.
- Potentially supervise other reviewers as the project grows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing CMS or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of handling and managing large data sets.
- Experience with leases, memoranda, options to purchase, and mortgages.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and data migration processes.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
