We are currently hiring a customer service representative to assist operations at authorized locations within the Raleigh-Durham area. The ideal applicant has communications skills, professionalism, and works well with others.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Process sales using hand held devices or stationary cash register station
- Provide friendly, courteous service while greeting guests
- Acknowledge and provide information to customer inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Bag purchases and handle merchandise returns or exchanges
- Count money at the end of each shift and reconcile cash drawers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
Employment Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
