Key Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Ensure patient paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere to enhance the patient experience.
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate consultations and follow-ups with the dental team.
- Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling changes when necessary.
- Process insurance verifications and patient billing inquiries.
- Order and manage general office supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk.
- Assist with maintaining patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support the team with other administrative duties as needed.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Front Office Professional in a dental practice (oral surgery experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to learn and adapt to dental management software.
- Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of dental insurance policies and billing processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Professional attitude and appearance with strong customer service skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when challenges arise.
