Key responsibilities (we happily train the right candidates)This role is essential for supporting clinical trials, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate patient assessments through laboratory analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for their comprehensive exams.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with patients and doctors.
- Assist doctors during exams.
- Perform testing on patients.
- Process correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Ensure patient satisfaction.
- Enter patient information into our electronic medical records.
- Obtain patient medical history and preform evaluations.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Ensure patient satisfaction.
- Work with state of the art instruments.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude!
Experience
- Basic computer skills.
- High School Diploma or GED certificate at a minimum.
- EMR or EHR experience preferred.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work an occasional Saturday.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- History of good attendance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment, while prioritizing and staying organized.
