Key responsibilities (we happily train the right candidates)This role is essential for supporting clinical trials, performing diagnostic tests, and ensuring accurate patient assessments through laboratory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for their comprehensive exams.
• Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with patients and doctors.
• Assist doctors during exams.
• Perform testing on patients.
• Process correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.
• Enter patient information into our electronic medical records.
• Obtain patient medical history and preform evaluations.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.
• Work with state of the art instruments.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude!

Experience

• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED certificate at a minimum.
• EMR or EHR experience preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work an occasional Saturday.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• History of good attendance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment, while prioritizing and staying organized.
