The Role and Your Impact
As a critical member of our team, you’ll lead and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns that deliver meaningful results for our clients. From building and optimizing PPC campaigns to crafting data-driven SEO strategies, you’ll bring your passion, creativity, and technical expertise to every project. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop & Execute Campaigns: Build strategic SEO and SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Optimize for Performance: Analyze campaign data, make key optimizations, and conduct A/B testing to improve lead volume, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with business owners to understand their goals, create tailored strategies, and communicate results effectively.
- Leverage Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush to identify trends, find opportunities, and craft reports.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and test new strategies to maintain cutting-edge campaigns for our clients.
- Enhance Websites: Recommend and implement landing page and website optimizations to align with campaign objectives.
The Skills You’ll Bring
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SEM/PPC management.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and Search Console.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creative copywriting and client interactions.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Display, and/or Shopping (required).
Even Better If You Have
- Experience with WordPress, including site structure and content updates.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of technical SEO, including robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and site speed optimization.
- Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and campaign pacing.
