What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Housekeeper position at Makeready LLC?

Requested Tasks
-Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members, executing and directing all cleaning activities for the property
-Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial/productivity objectives are met
-Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments
-Stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies, with careful detail to administrative tasks
-Supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public areas
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience required
-Attention to detail and execution
-Proven team leadership capabilities
-Previous experience with Opera required
-Hyatt experience strongly preferred
