Requested Tasks
- Lead, motivate, and develop Team Members, executing and directing all cleaning activities for the property
- Review staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial / productivity objectives are met
- Obtain list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs to prepare work assignments
- Stock inventories to ensure adequate supplies, with careful detail to administrative tasks
- Supervise an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public areas
