This individual has a general knowledge of all things related to people culture and looks for ways to assist team members and applicants all while ensuring that experience is the Makeready way; always valuing people over process. This individual will have a broad knowledge of people and culture functions, from hiring to onboarding and from team member compensation to evaluation. Requested Tasks -Handle team member relations, counseling, and exit interviews -Investigate team member relations issues and counsel leaders on team member issues -Assist leaders in the recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt team members -Participate in safety meetings to ensure the program meets ever necessary component -Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits law and regulation Requested Capabilities -Prior experience is highly preferred -Approachable, personable and friendly personality -Attention to detail and highly organized -A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information |
