Requested Tasks
-Oversight and accountability of property P L and business planning efforts
-Oversee and drive brand pull through strategies
-Strategically manage team and guest satisfaction throughout portfolio through consistent and transparent communication
-Supervise guest-facing IT strategy
-Maintain asset management relationships through strategic communication
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience as a leader of a Hotel Operations entity required; team leadership required
-Proven experience successfully overseeing the financial and strategic growth of a hotel portfolio
-Highly professional, approachable, transparent and thoughtful personality
-Ability to handle multiple high-level and top-focus priorities simultaneously without diminished results
