What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beach Attendant position at Makin Waves?
We are a jet ski and beach rental company located on Clearwater Beach, looking for reliable and motivated team members to join us! This role involves assisting customers with chair rentals and jet ski rentals while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required – training is provided!
Requirements:
- A Safe Boater’s Certificate and Livery Certificate (both available for free on the FWC website)
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced beach environment
$15/hour plus tips!

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
