As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient execution of program activities, from planning to evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement program activities in alignment with the foundation's mission and goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program participants, volunteers, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program outcomes, challenges, and successes to inform future strategies.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers and staff involved in program delivery.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations to enhance program services and support.
- Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to secure funding for various initiatives.
- Conduct outreach and promotional activities to raise awareness of our programs and recruit participants.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting for program evaluation purposes.
- Knowledge of community resources and local services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in volunteer management is a plus.
