Join Making A Difference Foundation as a Program Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives and communities. In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for overseeing our various programs designed to provide support and resources to individuals and families in need.

 

As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient execution of program activities, from planning to evaluation. Your organizational and leadership skills will be essential as you manage logistics, coordinate volunteers, and collaborate with community partners to maximize our outreach and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement program activities in alignment with the foundation's mission and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program participants, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program outcomes, challenges, and successes to inform future strategies.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers and staff involved in program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations to enhance program services and support.
  • Participate in grant writing and fundraising efforts to secure funding for various initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach and promotional activities to raise awareness of our programs and recruit participants.

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, community development, nonprofit management, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with data tracking and reporting for program evaluation purposes.
  • Knowledge of community resources and local services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in volunteer management is a plus.
