Job Summary:
This position plays a critical role in driving strategic growth in the Hardware and industrial channels through marketing programs, promotional development, and execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing and executing marketing plans, implementing promotional plans, and supporting new product launches with sales and other marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute channel field distribution, and influence sales programs and promotions based on data-driven channel analysis.
- Own execution of new programs, promotions & product introduction efforts, including coordination with sales, finance, legal, product, and brand.
- Direct customer interface supporting field sales teams with emphasis on supporting business goals while establishing strong connections to business strategy and brand positioning.
- Implement customer and internal sales team initiatives to drive and leverage growth in new and existing channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related subjects.
- 5 years of channel marketing or similar industry experience.
- Knowledge of the Industrial / commercial hardware industry is a plus.
