Job Description:
This role involves driving strategic growth in the Hardware and industrial channels through marketing programs, promotional development, and execution.
The successful candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing plans, implement promotional plans, and support new product launches with sales and other marketing disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute channel field distribution, and influence sales programs and promotions based on data-driven channel analysis.
- Own execution of new programs, promotions & product introduction efforts, including coordination with sales, finance, legal, product, and brand.
- Direct customer interface supporting field sales teams with emphasis on supporting business goals while establishing strong connections to business strategy and brand positioning.
