What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Technologist Lead (MAKO PA) position at Mako Medical?
Lead medical technologists will evaluate the performance of other employees, analyze specimens, verify data, coordinate with reference laboratories, monitor quality assurance, and provide training for new employees.
MAKO is looking for a med tech lead with experience, preferably leadership experience with validations, procedure writing, QC, corrective actions. The experience should be as a generalist (Blood lab = Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, UA) preferably with Abbott chemistry and hematology instrument experience.
