Responsible for creating and posting open positions and working with department recruiter to screen applicants.
Responsible for updating departmental data bases and tracking changes.
Ability to handle a multitask environment; strong organizational skills.
Ability to work within a team environment and enhance the working relationship within that team.
Demonstrates leadership skills in employee relations, hiring, retaining, scheduling, new employee onboarding, team meetings, coaching, and performance management.
Establishes and motivates a work environment that actively encourages and supports the Departments goals.
Disseminates all essential information in a timely manner, using various forms of communication within and out of the department.
Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Excellent people skills
Flexible and available based on departmental needs, which could include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
Committed to all Mako policies and procedures including company dress code
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
Must demonstrate superior customer focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change throughout Mako; and knowledge of the MAKO way.
Perform departmental-related clerical duties when assigned.
Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
