We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher / Admin Assistant for our HVAC / Plumbing and Electrical Commercial Division to act as a communication point between our company and our customers.
You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles to ensure that everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customers, providing precise logistics for technicians to follow along on their routes, and coordinating service times.
Responsibilities :
- Scheduling and dispatching HVAC / Plumbing and Electrical Technicians, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Use of telephones, text messages or emails to contact employees for dispatch purposes.
- Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems and requests for services and equipment.
- Preparing work orders for crew or receiving work orders from dispatch software or crew members.
- Creating quotes / estimates for customers.
- Creating / Submitting invoices for all services
- Main point of contact between the customer, employee, and company.
- Maintain all work requests customer requests, completed work requests, changes for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
- On-Call “After hours” dispatching. Extra incentive paid.
- Office Hours - Onsite Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
