Assistant Manager - Human Resource (Tier1 Biopharma manufacturing Client)

A leading Biopharma manufacturing product Brand.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR (Pharma Recruitment) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in Pharma Recruitment with exposure to the Biopharma or Pharma Manufacturing industry. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes, understanding HR policies and effectively managing stakeholders to ensure seamless talent acquisition and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top industry talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
• Partner with universities, job portals and recruitment agencies to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize HR analytics and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives and engagement programs to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Assist in HR operations, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives within the organization.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Pharma Recruitment, preferably in Biopharma or Pharma Manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and hiring teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
