The Associate Director - Compliance role is a senior-level position within a leading biopharmaceutical company that specializes in developing and manufacturing innovative therapeutics. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management and adherence to legal and ethical standards within the pharmaceutical industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop & implement compliance programs, policies and SOPs
✅ Conduct compliance training & ensure regulatory alignment
✅ Ensure compliance with federal & state laws (Anti-Kickback, False Claims, FDA regulations, etc.)
✅ Oversee compliance investigations & corrective actions
✅ Lead data protection programs for clinical trials & organizational data
🔹 Required Experience & Skills:
✔ 5 years of experience working as a compliance professional for a pharmaceutical company.
✔ Strong knowledge of US pharma regulations & risk management
✔ Ability to implement compliance frameworks & risk mitigation strategies
✔ Excellent communication skills & experience presenting at board meetings
✔ Knowledge of the Sunshine Act reporting and other state government reporting requirements
