Recruiter (One of Leading Biopharma Client)

About the role:

• Hiring: For A Leading Biopharma Client (Tier 1 Pharma Product R&D)
• Work Location: Jersey City,NJ
• Required Exp: 5 to 8years
• Fulltime Position

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Recruiting function
• Support and manage the Hire to Retire cycle – Candidate search, Recruitment, Recruitment Operations, onboarding new hires, and processing Exit.
• Maintain the Company’s HR system, Workday, by collaborating and working with Headquarter HR located outside the US. Workday areas include recruiting, position management, and performance management.
• Assist with various HR special ad hoc projects and other duties as required to support company operations.

Required Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience with Min 2 years of exposure to Pharma or BioPharma Industries.
• Experience in HR Recruiting, specifically LinkedIn required
• Experience in HR system, specifically Workday preferred (as a user)
• Recruiting and Recruiting operations required
• Ability to work in globally matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated team and independent work, in a fast-paced environment
