The RCH® service mark represents the expertise of the nation’s largest cable television retention company. We are currently seeking motivated Field Collections Representatives to join our team and service local and surrounding areas.
Job Description
RCH, an authorized contractor for Spectrum, is looking for qualified Collections Agents in Saginaw, MI, and nearby locations. We have immediate openings and offer paid training—no prior experience required.
As a Field Collections Representative, you will be responsible for visiting customers' residences to collect past-due payments on delinquent accounts.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a clean and reliable vehicle
- Maintain current vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Have valid vehicle registration matching the insurance coverage
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and maintain daily contact with the local manager
- Present a professional, business-casual appearance
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including any COVID-19 guidelines
- Meet client-specific requirements
- Be available to work evenings until 8:00 PM at least three days per week and some Saturday mornings
